How to Actually get Paid Coaching Clients

... NO business / Sales Experience Required

🙋🏻‍♀️ struggling to stand OUT?

“With so many coaches out there, how do I stand out?”

This is the age old question for all coaches starting out.

And the age old answer? You already know it:

Niche down.

I can hear you asking. Ok I get it. But why?

Because without it, you go invisible.

A niche is more than just a focus area; it’s your beacon in the coaching industry, guiding the right clients to your doorstep.

By honing in on ONE specific group with ONE particular problem, you not only sharpen your expertise but you amplify your visibility to those who need your guidance the most.

With the right focus, you get the right people knocking on your door.

Imagine a steady flow of highly qualified leads lining up to work with you.

Cool, right?

3️⃣ Quick Tips to Finding Your Niche:

    #1) Pick your favorite

Finding your niche is like picking your favorite dishes at a buffet.

You choose what you love and are good at, ensuring a fulfilling mix that matches your passions and skills

This way, your coaching business becomes a buffet of your best offerings.

What unique skills, interests, and experiences can you leverage?

    #2) Pick your lock

Imagine you’re a locksmith specializing in tricky locks that frustrate many people.

Your niche = the master key to these locks, solving significant, underserved problems effortlessly.

By focusing on these, you become the go-to expert, fulfilling a crucial need.

Your niche should solve a significant/painful problem that enough people are struggling with.

What are the top 10 urgent/serious problems you see out there? Shortlist the top 3, then define the top 1.

That would be a good starting point.

    #3) Pick your people

Imagine you’re a tailor doing custom fits for your clients in order to enhance their best features.

What happens? Your service resonates more deeply. Why? Because it’s more personalized

And the more personalized, the more PREMIUM.

(read that again)

Same with your coaching. By focusing on these clients, you create coaching programs/offes that they love and WANT to PAY money for (important!)

And you establish your reputation as the go-to expert for personalized coaching.

Ask yourself: who can benefit most from my coaching?

How can I get hyper specific about this niche of people?

Creating a customer avatar helps you understand your ideal client deeply (and helps you avoid spending your life creating content/offers for the WRONG people – like so many coaches do…)

(By the way, if you want a customer avatar guide to help you with this, reply to this email with, “avatar”, and I’ll send it over)

By focusing on these three aspects, you position yourself as the go-to expert for a particular problem, making your coaching business not just seen but sought after

That is, people lining up, knocking on your door.

No more chasing!
