Scenario 1: Let’s say you just got gifted 1,000 leads
Good news or bad news? It depends.
Are these leads people you would love to work with? Are they willing and able to PAY for your coaching?
If not, you’re not only wasting your time (and their time), but you’re wasting precious marketing dollars that could be invested elsewhere in your business. OUCH.
Question: do you know WHO your dream clients are? And do you have a process in place to qualify your leads?
Ok, ready for Scenario 2? Let’s say you just got gifted 1,000 HIGHLY QUALIFIED leads
Good news or bad news? Again, it depends…
Do you have a clear, systematic process for converting these leads into lifelong paying clients, in an elegant way that gets them to naturally get to know, like, and TRUST you? … so that buying your program is a total no-brainer?
If not, you’re in trouble. Without a solid sales pipeline, you could not only be wasting time and money, but even worse… you could damage your reputation (and consequently your entire brand)
I call that a leaky pipeline. Is your sales pipeline leaking?
The more specific you are about your audience, the better you can qualify your leads
The more systematic your conversion process is, the more you can stabilize your conversion rate
And ultimately, the more you’re able to PREDICT your income
