The first biggest mistake we make as entrepreneurs is assume we know our audience.
We don’t. And it’s our job to find out.
It’s not enough to “put yourself out there” (on social media or whatever other platform)

To earn the privilege of reaching the people you seek to serve, you must do the brave work of connecting.
Yes, that means having actual discussions with your people: again and again. Over and over.
Do you really care? If so, you’ll do this hard but meaningful work
…And along the way, you’ll earn the privilege of leadership and service (while building a business along the way – one that allows you to do what you love full time and change the world in your own unique way)
How well do you really know your audience?
Are you willing to put in the work in getting to know them deeply?
